Good to know
Does my voice get uploaded?
No. Speech recognition runs on your Mac. Only the recognized text is sent to RagsBol's server to write the prompt, and it is not used to train anything.
Will it add things I did not say?
No. RagsBol is built to keep your scope: it clarifies and uses the right terms, but it does not add steps, features or requirements you did not mention.
Which languages can I speak?
English, Hindi and any mix of the two. Prompts always come out in English; plain dictation follows the style you pick.
Which Macs does it run on?
Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or newer). Windows is not available yet.
What if I am offline?
Dictation still works. Prompt enhancement needs internet; offline you get your words as spoken.
Can I change the keys?
Yes. fn and shift+fn are the defaults; you can set any shortcut in Settings, and either hold the key to talk or tap once to start and once to stop.
Mac says the app cannot be opened. What do I do?
RagsBol is in beta and not yet notarized by Apple. Open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to RagsBol. You only do this once.
How do I cancel Pro?
Any time, from the payment link in your Razorpay email. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
